You will be required to pay 2.5% stamp duty to complete the purchase
*          Non-Citizens License

A non-Antigua purchase real estate in Antigua will need to apply for a non-citizen license. This will amount to 5% of the purchase price. A non citizen license can take up to four months to be granted depending on your legal representation and the speed of the application process.
